Welcome..
Sizer
& Cogill is a family owned and operated company
which began in 1999 as a single truck, owner/driver.
Owners Chris Sizer and Helen Cogill are
now in their twelfth year of operation and are proud to
say the company now boasts an impressive fleet of 10
prime movers, 20 bulk tippers, 2 x 45’ flat top
trailers, 1 x 45’ drop deck widening trailer and 9 road
train dollys.
At Sizer and Cogill we have the flexibility and capacity
to service a wide range of customers transport
requirements with Road Trains, B-Doubles, Triples and
A-B Triples.
To ensure minimal breakdowns and guarantee on time
delivery we pride ourselves on our fleet of Western Star
prime movers purchased from new, two Heritage model
Western Stars well maintained and a recent addition to
the fleet, a Kenworth T908 prime mover.

Chris Sizer our Logistics Manager capably
oversees all truck operations. At Sizer and Cogill we
put no limitations or boundaries on origins or
destinations. The majority of our work currently is in
Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Sizer and
Cogill are currently contracted by a number of major
suppliers and traders of grain, cottonseed and meal.
We have a major contract as a preferred
carrier for a national grain trading company. This
contract was secured as a result of our proven
consistent reliable service. Chris is committed to
providing around the clock service to meet customers’
requirements.
In addition to our own trucks we have an
extensive sub-contractor base we can call on if
necessary. All sub-contractors are screened to ensure
they meet Sizer and Cogill’s high standard of service. A
very important cog in the wheel of any transport
business is the drivers. Our drivers are the forefront
of our business and pride themselves on prompt reliable
service. We provide our drivers with ongoing training to
ensure they comply with all industry standards which is
a requirement of our accreditation.
Sizer & Cogill have been agents for Hi-Fert
and before that Summit Fertilizers for many years.
Therefore our drivers are aware of the importance of
trailers being free from contamination regardless of
what product they are loading and rules and regulations
regarding loading policies at such depots.
Behind the scenes of any transport business is the paper
trail that goes with it. To support Chris in the office
we have Helen Cogill, Nerida Harrigan and Helen Baker
who handle all our administrative duties.

It is imperative that paperwork be kept
up to date for the accreditations schemes we are a part
of and that the daily weights and dockets are passed on
to customers on completion of loads as required by them.
